The Old Town Dock development sits on a 13 acre site and lies to the south of the city, less than one mile to the Friars Walk shopping centre. The site sees an important urban regeneration project of a major undeveloped area. The development involved overcoming certain technical challenges, including reclamation and remediation of the docks.
